At ComfortLift Wellness, we provide fast, reliable shipping within the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on warehouse location. Below outlines our processing times, delivery expectations, and support process.
1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

During high-volume periods (holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Timeframes (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available at checkout)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Typical ComfortLift Wellness shipping rates within the United States:
• Orders under 50 lbs: $7.99 flat rate
• Orders 50 lbs and over: $15.00 flat rate
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, email:

5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with packaging issues:

Take clear photos immediately upon delivery.

Include your order number, photos, and a brief description.
We will verify the issue with our supplier and issue a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Incorrect Addresses
ComfortLift Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Please review all shipping information before submitting your order.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, email info@comfortliftwellness.com within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be processing and cannot be changed.
